Position 1:

Verint: NLP \ Machine Learning Senior Applied Researcher

Our interaction analytics team at Verint, is looking for a talented, passionate and inventive scientists with a strong background in NLP or linguistic to help build, design and evolve our industry leading Customer Engagement solution. Our mission is to enable our customers uncover actionable insights from voice and text-based customer engagement sources such as customer calls, customer emails, chat sessions, social media, survey comments, and other internal and external sources. Verint Interaction Analytics, ensures organizations are able to quickly analyze, report, and determine the next best action on every interaction with an organization. We have a large and unique data sets and we are looking for candidates with both programming and strong linguistic/NLP background. Thanks in advance

Qualifications:

M.Sc/Ph.D in NLP, Machine Learning or equivalent practical experience

Experience in R&D large scale NLP systems in an industrial or government environment

Experience in statistics and data analysis, and familiarity with software packages for statistical analysis and NLP toolkits

Programming knowledge and experience (Python, , Java)

Experience in structural aspects of language (semantics, syntax, morphology, phonetic), usage patterns and variation (sociolinguistic, psycholinguistic) and research  methods including corpus linguistics will be considered as  advantages

Ability to collaborate with bigger teams and excellent communication skills

Qualifications:

Graduate or student of M.Sc/Ph.D in NLP, Machine Learning or equivalent practical experience

Strong mathematical and statistical skills and knowledge

Programming knowledge and experience (Java, Python, C#)

Practical experience in NLP and Machine Learning will be considered as an advantage

Excellent communication skills
