24-7 shifts position. 08:00 to 17:00, 16:00 to 00:00, 00:00 to 09:00
Commitment required for a minimum of 3 shifts a week. Availability for even 4 shifts a week.
Requires a responsibility to work on weekends / nights.
Providing monitoring services to customers (Not end user) by phone and email.
Responding to events and various technical problems in real time on a daily basis.
Monitoring activities of the production environment and securing availability.
Tracking the events until problems are resolved, contacting the relevant factors (internal & external) as needed.
Fluent English - written and oral. Ability to converse fluently
Experience in working in a Windows environment
Experience in working with MS-OFFICE.
Write/answer emails in English.(Other languages - an advantage)
Experience working with clients abroad
Experience in technical support to customers or NOC
Experience in high-tech industry 24x7 active centers
Experience in working with on service calls management systems.
Knowledge of HTML, SQL, HTTP,HTTPS
IP communication protocols knowledge
Experience with system application logs
Experience with monitoring tools: Orion / Pingdom / Nagios
