We are seeking a skilled Cryptographer to join our dynamic team. As a Cryptographer, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of secure cryptographic solutions for our blockchain-based financial products. Description: 

• Conduct research and analysis to develop cutting-edge cryptographic algorithms and protocols suitable for financial transactions within a blockchain framework
• Design and implement secure cryptographic systems to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and authenticity of sensitive data
• Perform cryptographic assessments and risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities and propose mitigation strategies
• Monitor industry trends and advancements in cryptographic techniques, and recommend improvements or updates to existing cryptographic systems
• Participate in the development of security policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, security threats, and advancements in blockchain-related cryptographic research

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Cryptography, Mathematics, or a related field. 
• At least 5 years of experience in software development using C++, Rust, C, Java, or Python
• Proven experience in publishing articles or academic papers in the field of cryptography and/or the crypto industry
• Strong knowledge of cryptographic primitives, protocols, and standards, such as symmetric and asymmetric encryption, digital signatures, hash functions, and key management
• Experience in threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and cryptographic analysis
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address complex cryptographic challenges
• Self-motivated, with a passion for staying at the forefront of emerging technologies and advancements in cryptography

Advantages: 

• Familiarity with blockchain technologies, including consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, and distributed ledger systems
• A Ph.D. in a relevant discipline would be highly advantageous.
